- JSJoshua Sonifrank4 days ago1.0If I could give negative stars I would, un -profesional to an nth degree, I had a family member pass away and am trying to close there account , they refused stating that the estate department could not move forward with one question answered. Since this is a matter that I am unfamiliar with resulting from a sudden and tragic loss I wanted something specifically stating the question that needed to be answered . In addition to the brank representative being essentially combative , and the manager being completely unprofessional both in appearance and difficult ( dressed down wearing a green sweatshirt??? Really???)They refused to give me anything in writing , or have anything emailed to me , including the so called estate department. And though it is simply a statement saying what is specifically needed they told me they are unable to give legal advice and that was repeated over and over , which makes zero sense since I am not asking for advice but the specific thing I need to get done to move forward . I filed complaints with Wells Fargo, but the whole experience has left me feeling disregarded, disrespected and under the impression that these people think that my family and I are just after the money, and now a process that has already been devastating for my family is now being drawn out even longer. And it is glaringly apparent that we are the victim of run around because they want to cover themselves in the event they are wrong, total dishonest and immoral behavior. Wells Fargo is the worst Financial institution period ever period. My wife and I made tracks getting away from this god awful institution....please , if you have accounts with them I highly recommend you start looking elsewhere.
