- TLTreasure LadaeOct 13, 20251.0If I could give 0 stars i would. This bank sent me a debit card I did not ask for when I tried to activate it tbrough the app i was unable to gain access. Called customer support(who is ALWAYS condescending by the way) and the representative informed me my account was “manually closed by this location”. I was not email or informed and recently used my account throughout the summer. The rep informed me this closing of my account was initiated in August. Good riddens!! You will not be missed. However, as a loyal member that could have been communicated better. “Life is hard enough no one needs you around them making it feel worse”.
