  I had a great experience at the Glen Burnie Capital One branch! The lady who helped me was super nice and very helpful. I needed to get a cashier’s check and also update the name on my account, and she made the whole process fast and easy. Everything was taken care of quickly, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service!

  Never in my life had so much trouble just getting a new debit card, I was transferred five times hung up on twice and then I gave all my personal information and then the woman still proceeded to tell me I needed to give her my bank account number which I don’t have the mobile app so I didn’t have it on hand This is absolutely ridiculous. It should not be this hard to just get a new debit card. I will be closing my account with capital one and never using them again

  Had the one of the most helpful experience with Capital One at this location! I was here for what I had thought was a simple transaction, renewing the annual fee of a safety box. However, the process turned a lot more complicated than I thought and I had two ladies who patiently helped me by consistently brainstorming the best solution. Together, they must have spent about an hour assisting me. I suspect if I had gone to a different branch, I would’ve been turned away with a “sorry, please call customer service”. I am so glad I came to this branch! I wish I lived closer because it would really reassure me to live close to a Capital One location with these amazing ladies (in my haste, I didn’t at have the opportunity to ask for their names) Thank you again!!!

  WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER TELLERS WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THEY PROBABLY HATE THEIR JOB It was horrible tellers couldn’t help something too simple -came to atm to draw some cash at night And one $5 dollars bill came broken (missing a piece ) -came to bank in glenburnie and ask to replace with a good one since they provide a damaged one trough the atm machine -don’t know her name the lady was a little rude and said she can not exchange /replace the bill -I don’t know why. Although other banks do with our hesitation. Really bad experience. -I don’t do any banking whatsoever ever and use atm only. So that’s it Thanks for reading and make awareness to fix this problem

  Horrible! Lousy, incredibly slow service. ATMs are always messed up/closed/non functioning. Crapital One is a credit card company that wants to pretend that they are a bank. Ever since they bought Chevy Chase bank, Crapital One has done nothing but close branches and waste money on stupid TV commercials. (Its too bad... because Chevy Chase bank was great!)
