I needed to get a cashier’s check and also update the name on my account, and she made the whole process fast and easy. Everything was taken care of quickly, and I left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this branch for excellent customer service!
- JCJenna ClearyAug 16, 20251.0Never in my life had so much trouble just getting a new debit card, I was transferred five times hung up on twice and then I gave all my personal information and then the woman still proceeded to tell me I needed to give her my bank account number which I don’t have the mobile app so I didn’t have it on hand This is absolutely ridiculous. It should not be this hard to just get a new debit card. I will be closing my account with capital one and never using them again
