Sara provided outstanding customer service and took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure I fully understood my options and next steps. She was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and ensuring their needs are met.     I opened a checking and savings account. It’s almost been a month and I haven’t received my debit card. Daniella told me she couldn’t assist me over the phone because she’d like to see my ID. I told her I could provide the account number and she responded that she’s only been working there for a few months and doesn’t feel comfortable accessing my account without seeing my ID. I tried to order a card on the app and was not allowed to. What’s going on??

    Avoid this bank at all cost... I used them for an auto loan through the dealership and I was wondering why I didn't receive any payment information or how to set up an online account. I call the bank and was informed I could NOT access my own loan information lol. They put me through the traditional verification check but for some reason they had my childhood home address and my fathers name associated with the loan so they refused to provide me with my account information unless I go to a branch. I went to the branch and in order to get MY OWN payment information and for a notary. Despite them being a notary they refused to notarize my document so I ended up going to UPS... I'm so glad I'm refinancing and avoiding any more of a nightmare and inconvenience.
