- SLSang LeeOct 30, 20255.0The receptionist behind the counter helped me a great deal and save a lot of time for me as I forgot my wallet and I had to get money out of the ATM. I forget her name but she has braces and glasses very nice lady. She told me that you can go through the app and select get cash and just show a QR code at the ATM machine and you’ll get your cash very easy and saved a lot of time thank you so much.

It actually took more than 15 minutes to be acknowledged. And I didnt not see other patrons leaving from inside. On the slip side I went to another bank in the same shopping center and was acknowledged immediately and the process there took approximately 5 minutes total. Capital One you need to do a better job training your teams.

I was making a cash withdrawal at the Drive thru ATM when it said something about maintenance but still withdrew my $300.00. I had to shut my entire account down for bank fraud because that’s exactly what it was. Terrible inside service because nobody knows any proper procedures or protocols for a situation like this.
