this is one of the best branches i’ve been to in montgomery/frederick county! the staff are very helpful, kind and caring! they really try to fulfill your request to the best of their abilities. tiffany is always very nice and helpful and this other staff member who i believe is the branch manager here is amazing a very caring and nice person!

I went to this branch to deposit a check and there was only one new cashier serving and 6 people sitting at their computers. In the end, three of us complained. After 30 minutes, I was able to deposit my check.
The manager seemed not to care about seeing a long line. That's not being professional.

Bad service i have appointment at 11 and they never come or ask me if i need help or something bad costumer service i have to quick because they said are busy i dint not why make me do appointments and dont attend the time lol bad

I went there to open a business account. There were two employees at their desks, seemingly unoccupied, but it took them five minutes to acknowledge me and ask what I needed. When I explained that I was there to open a business account, they told me it was already 4:20 PM, they close at 5:00 PM, and the process takes about an hour. They also mentioned that I should have scheduled an appointment in advance. I will never going back in this branch of Wells Fargo.

Nice location but there used to be like 4 tellers. Now one teller handling everyone in line. Killing me. Sometimes 2 but stupid thing is, I am in line now and both tellers are handling the same person. OMG!!!!
Just deposited cash into the ATM and the machine counted $400 less. I go into the bank to handle the issue and there is one teller and 2 people in line in front of me. This branch ised to have 4-5 tellers. Called in and explained my situation and they opened a claim and said it would take up to 10 business days. The male teller basically said it was my responsibility for not knowing how much I was depositing. I told him my wife knew...she handed me the money to deposit. I told him it is the bank's responsibility for having up to date machines that can count properly instead of these OLD OUT DATED ATM machines that can't even count properly. I also told him this makes me worry that all the other times in the past where I deposited into yhe machine and the numbers were wrong were instances of the bank robbing us. DON'T TRUST THE ATM's at the banks yall and make the tellers triple count the deposits hell make them count with there fingers and always know how much your depositing. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I find myself at this branch again...terrible wait times. Only 2 windows for tellers so there is a third maybe supervisor just standing there doing nothing with all these people in line...I am number 5 in line and because there are only 2 windows for the tellers....the supervisor can't do anything about it and looks like he is about to fall asleep leaning against the back counter...great, thanks wells fargo. There used to be 4 windows at thos branch. Killing me!!!!
