    My company has a business account with Wells Fargo, and I'm to the point of closing it because of this location. I use this location because it's closest to my home, and the only one with a drive thru. PROBLEM is, when I'm not able to make the deposit myself, I send in someone else to make the deposit and EVERY TIME the tellers have made issues with the deposit and turned her away, for the 5TH TIME now. Last week when this problem happened AGAIN, I asked what the issue was this time? And it's the same excuses over and over again. "We can't find the account number, or the name doesn't match the account etc." I looked at the deposit slip rechecked my work, and saw there were NO ERRORS, all of the information was correct. I immediately took the deposit and drove over myself to see why there seems to always be an issue????? The teller took my deposit, and came back with a receipt. I asked, "there were no issues? what happened when I tried to have this deposited earlier today???" She responded with, "oh we must of typed the account number in wrong." Seriously???? Before turning away ANY customers, you should ALWAYS double check your work, or have a supervisor look over it. I KNOW because I'm a former Bank Teller for Bank of America, and we always tried to help our customers before turning them away. I'm sending in another deposit today, and decided to call this location to speak with a manager or anyone else, to discus this issue that can easily be fixed....... but just to add to the list of issues..... NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Now I don't even want to waste time sending someone in to do a business account deposit because no one seems to be attentive to customers at this location. It's a simple basic transaction that's creating unnecessary issues, extremely frustrating and now looking into closing the account.

    I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience at Wells Fargo. One of the bankers at this branch has consistently been unprofessional and unhelpful. Every time I’ve visited, she gives the impression that she’s extremely busy, but in reality, she seems more interested in avoiding customer interaction than actually helping. When I approached her for assistance, she was dismissive, curt, and came across as very rude. There was no effort to understand my needs or offer support—just a cold, unwelcoming attitude. This kind of behavior is not what I expect from a professional banking environment. Customers come to a bank expecting guidance and service, not to feel like they’re bothering someone who clearly doesn’t want to be there. If this is the standard of service Wells Fargo finds acceptable, I may need to reconsider banking here. Wells Fargo, please take customer service seriously and address this issue. It reflects poorly on your brand and drives loyal clients away.

    I’ve been with Wells Fargo almost 30 years , this go to be worse location services, i’ve been walked out from this location three times, I thought I can give them one more chance, is the same frustration again and again? I would not regret going back at all, three time Experian only 1 or 2 customers in front of me but I need to wait for 20 minutes or more that is ridiculous service, the manager there not flexible, and the people need to be trained to work, big-time unlike other location. If continually not improve, it will hurting the reputation.
