- NTNa TAug 9, 20241.0I would give them 0 if I could. I have been a long-time customer of Wells Garage, but this bank has no regard for its customers. I went to the bank to wire money from my checking account as earnest money to buy a house, and it was time-sensitive. The only reason I went to the bank was because the mobile app didn’t have all the options, as I was instructed by the receiving bank. Despite this, the employees kept telling me to use the mobile app, and as I feared, it didn’t work. I went back the next day, explained my issue, and asked if they could wire the money from their computer, but they told me I had to schedule an appointment for that service, and they would charge me $40. I went home and called my other online bank, which offers a 4.5% APY interest rate. They were able to wire the money for me for free and in a very short time, with no appointment needed. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. Never again.
