To make matters worse, they handed me a bunch of coins as change—just dropped it straight into my hand—without offering anything to carry it in. It felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to this branch.

The banker albina was very good. Truist needs to handle the staffing problems at this bank. They’re so severely understaffed it’s creating a negative experience.
