To make matters worse, they handed me a bunch of coins as change—just dropped it straight into my hand—without offering anything to carry it in. It felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back to this branch.

After that I learned that I needed $15,000 to open a savings account. Seriously??!! I went today to close my checking account and Mrs Vakkalanka told me that I could open a 0 interest savings account. Why she didn’t tell me that at my first visit???
