The previous times I've been there have all been for relatively routine things like depositing a check that the app wasn't handling well. This time, though, I came because of a weird technical problem with a payment not going through like it was supposed to. Darby ended up working with me on it, and he really went above and beyond in both knowledge and effort, and didn't give up until he figured out how to solve my problem, even though it was a busy holiday week. I'm very impressed and grateful for such high quality service.
