The manager is careless about customer's needs. Instead he was gossiping with other staff while keep waiting others. Lot of people are unhappy about him. He need to be either retrained or relocated

This Branch has always been accommodating to my needs. From the Branch Manager, the Teller's, and everyone in between, the Team here is a pleasant one to work with. Furthermore, they keep this place consistently clean.

Highly recommend to someone looking for a good bank relationship. Fabulous staff, if you are a weekly or monthly costumer they know you by name. They call periodically to let you know of new products and how you can better invest your money. I used to use the drive through but don't like the cameras but going inside is so much better. The entire staff is there to help (unlike another banking institution I also use, where they only want you to use their bank card and have no human contact.)
