  I used to be with TD bank back when it was still commerce bank. My husband still banks here, I feel he is alway profiled, check deposits take a long time when he deposits IN PERSON. Recently, he made a deposit of 2,000 for some reason they put a 6 day hold on his account. JASMINE should definitely be looked into, people who say she is racist ; they have some merit to their claim. Next time I will.tell him to go the branch near his job in Bethesda.

  I am at this TD bank location and everyone seems aloof. Very slow operation. It is like the staff is just there to decorate the premises. Not very efficient location unfortunately

  I would provide a 0 rating if possible but unfortunately Google does not allow one to post a 0 rating. Hence, I must post a 1 rating. TD Bank purposely closed my account without notifying me via mail, email and or a call despite having my contact information, which I provided upon opening an account. I contacted their national customer service and also contacted the local branch bank that I opened an account with but no one could answer when notice was sent or if it was even sent. In short, I got the run around without any empathy as one of the managers laughed on the phone. They sent my hard earned funds to the State of Maryland without notice and an opportunity to be heard violating the Fourteenth Amendment, which is applicable to corporations such as TD Bank. Their willful actions coupled with their lack of accountability has resulted in me having to jump through hoops in order to receive my hard earned funds. The State of Maryland specify that it will take at least 12 weeks to get to a claim processor's desk in order to determine whether to remit the funds though the State acknowledge that they are in receipt of the funds and, I have provided them the information requested to prove that the funds belong to me. In short, but for TD Banks actions and their foreseeability, I would have my funds, which I am in dire need of. I highly recommend that anyone seeking to ever open an account or transact any business with TD Bank stay away or risk ending up in my predicament.

  I will never visit this branch again. I wish you could take away stars. Horrible Service !!! They create their own policies on top of being racist. I spoke with the branch manager who apologized on behalf of the ignorant employee who works there.

  I love this branch. John and literally ALL the great people that work there have saved me from some terrible situations that had to do with fraud on my accout. They are just awesome and help me out with anything I need from a simple account balance to printing statements from 5 yrs ago. I wouldn't go to any other branch. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
