  I used to be with TD bank back when it was still commerce bank. My husband still banks here, I feel he is alway profiled, check deposits take a long time when he deposits IN PERSON. Recently, he made a deposit of 2,000 for some reason they put a 6 day hold on his account. JASMINE should definitely be looked into, people who say she is racist ; they have some merit to their claim. Next time I will.tell him to go the branch near his job in Bethesda.

  As a member of TB Bank for so many years, it was a time for me to sadly write this. I have 3 accounts with this bank. Every time I need to do any transaction as withdrawal money or cash in a check for my business its always being an issue. On Monday July 22, I stopped by at this location 15830 Shady Grove Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 in order to get my statements for accounting purposes. Apparently, it will be taking about 48 hours until the bank processes this request and get them ready. Today, as Wednesday July 24th, I went back to get those documents . As I approached to the counter, and started talking to the teller about my request, the teller advised me that she could send those documents via PDF for me to print. First of all, I was waiting for those documents to be ready and nobody had told me on Monday that it could be send via PDF. The bank could not take care of my request. I definitely see the lack or customer service in this branch plus easy to see the people who work in this branch do not know how to care for customers.

  My family and I recently began associating with TD Bank for all our banking requirements; we have been interacting with Ms. Anubha Mehdiratta. She is an excellent professional who listens well. She was quick to grasp our needs and offer us comprehensive ideas and solutions. She made sure that we receive customized services and that we fully comprehend how TD can be an excellent partner for our financial development. Although we visited various banks, I must admit that it is difficult to find experts with this degree of dedication. All the best Anubha. TD merits a five-star rating.
