  Today 02/28/2025 I went to the bank to make a transaction with the best attitude. The Manager did not give me a solution to an important transaction that I needed to make from one of my business accounts. Then I decided to withdraw money from my account looking for a solution to the problem. She told me that I could not "take my money out of the account" either because they needed the money for other clients and that I had to request it in advance. The manager did not give me solutions, she only gave me negatives to everything. At the same time, a man who spoke Spanish approached me, and treated me as if I were ignorant, even though I spoke to the manager in English and I perfectly understood what she was telling me. I felt very frustrated by the treatment they gave me, but I had to get my money another way through a cashier check. I have been a Capital One customer for over 10 years, with business and personal accounts, and in the past I have handled different types of transactions with Capital One, but today I had to stay quiet without answering while the teller kept talking to me as if I was an idiot, he wouldn't let me speak and cut me off. I thought they wouldn't give me the check if I responded to the bad treatment, and I was in their hands. These types of people think they are better than everyone, and their bad attitude will make their bank lose customers. The other employees always treated me well, but these two people ruined my day and made me feel really bad.

  Awful service. Waited an hour no one show. Can believe they don’t care when you walked off of their building. Bank of America help me right away. Costumer service is much better.

  Do not use this branch. They are snobbish. They do not have manner to handle their customer's money. I am withdrawing all money. Number of stars I want give is ZERO, but..
