  my recent experience with the bank teller, bibi, left me frustrated enough to write this review — something i don’t usually do. she was not only unprofessional and dismissive, but it also took her over 25 minutes to locate my account, even with a deposit ticket and check in hand. i understand delays happen, but the lack of courtesy made the situation worse. based on other reviews, it seems this location has a pattern of poor service. i truly hope customer feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful improvement.

  Very low quality customer service . This location is so crusty and unprofessional, the ATM machines in drive thru stole my money TWICE yes I got refunded for it but still you need to do some maintenance or something . The workers are always useless . U got one standing at the door gets paid hourly or salary just to say hi to u when u walk in . Anyone at the window is slow . “System is down” like 75% of my visits . They get scared when u show them anything more than a 1000 dollar and ask you for your id social socks color and everything that I have never had any other branch or teller does . This branch needs to shut down or change the whole trashy, unprofessional, broke mentality having staff

  WORST SERVICE. Wish there was a NO STARS BUTTON. My husband went to this bank to make a payment on MY credit card. He gave my full card number. The teller said 'NO CAN'T FIND HER'. Even gave my full name.... So he stepped out... called me... then I gave him my ACCOUNT NUMBER. When he went back inside to provide my account number, the teller refused to take it and asked for his ID AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. When was this a new policy to ask for a SSN for a CASH DEPOSIT?! I called the bank myself (I spoke with the banker who "helped him") and she said she "doesn't know who helped him the second time". Ok, so.. who did? Casper? Was my husband hallucinating? IT WAS THE SAME TELLER THAT HELPED HIM THE FIRST TIME! WHY WAS SHE LYING?! HE WAS PROVIDING MY ACCOUNT NUMBER SO WHY WAS HE DENIED SERVICE?! I've been to other banks to make a cash payment on another credit card account they NEVER asked for ID and SSN. You provide the account information, make the payment and leave! Ridiculous.
