If I could I would give this bank 0 starts! Worst bank I have Ever dealt with! First their system gets hacked and my bank card number gets stolen and used from Arizona/Nevada area and then their system duplicates the fraud transaction to make it 8 fraud transactions instead of the original 4. When I go to report it they refunded all 8 transactions..We good Right?… No! They end up and pull $225 out of my account saying I made those transactions. Mind you I live in Maryland and the transaction was from Arizona.! So I go to the bank and after a month and a half of fighting with their joke of a fraud department I finally got all the money back that their system duplicated only to get another letter saying they were once again pulling another $75 from my account.. So we get that fixed once again. Then my Daughter gets scammed through her college email and ends up losing 1,500(same account). When we called to report it they told her she would get all of her funds back and they would do a stop payment on the transaction… they did not. They told her one thing and then told me a completely different thing. All while blaming her and telling her she is the one trying to scam the bank. To top this off no one in their fraud department can speak English they are all Indians from India. So after a joke of an investigation they close my account on 12/3 after I went and talked to the teller, who told me my account was fine a few days ago 12/6, and they sent me a check with my remaining funds, that I have yet to receive. All after they told me I couldn’t close my account. The icing on the cake is that they left my savings account open and said I can never have another account through them again. But I still have an account… make sense?

Go to LaVale or Keyser branches. You will find much better service at the other locations.

Getting really tired of this bank getting worse and worse as they get bought out by new companies. When it was Susquehanna, I never had any problems. When it became BB&T, certain things became more problematic, but it was still tenable. Now that it's Truist, which is a horrible name for a bank by the way, there's problems left and right. Do not bank with this company, unless you enjoy the hassle of having your money held hostage while they wait around sitting on their hands.

Greg at the Frostburg branch was very helpful. He was patient with all my questions and explained the process of my transaction fully.
