Cristina Pastor goes to bat for her business clients and make things happen. Great branch with excellent leadership.

Was having some difficulties with online banking. According to their website every branch is willing and ready to handle customer service calls. I gave them a ring inquiring about what I needed to do to resolve my issue. The women insisted that she couldn’t help me unless I came into the branch. When I asked for the hours she told me that they only have one teller worker and they could not assist me and that I should try to the technical support number. I asked for the number and she said “oh I don’t have it, you can go look online. “ I was calling because I could not easily identify that information. So far I have had the worst banking experience with BB&T. Not only with this branch but their customer service in whole. It is darn near impossible to get in touch with someone that can actually help you. Very frustrating.
