If I could Rate this branch with NO stars I would..The Branch Leader Mary, Apologized to me for being misinformed about fees that I incurred after I was told the wrong information by one of her employees inside of her branch, but said there’s NOTHING she can do..Once she realized a mistake was made on their end and apologized for that mistake, she was supposed to make it right.. I don’t recommend this branch to anyone. There are other branches in the Frederick area with much better customer service. I will NO LONGER patronize the Thomas Johnson location..

If I could give this specific Truist Bank a zero star I would. My husband endorsed a check over to me wrote his signature which should have been no problem to put in my account and the two ladies at the front, one being Jackie, told me that “nope” you cannot put this check in your account unless your husband is present. We are married there should be no problem, especially if my husband is endorsing the check over to me with his signature to put this into my account. Then I was told that the reasoning was because I Could have been the one that endorsed it. Give me a break, again married there should be no problem with him endorsing a check over to me for my bank to be able to put it into my account. These two ladies did not care at all about me and was worried about helping the next customer in line. There were no conversations it was just no. I then had to leave and drive 30 minutes up the road at another truest branch and they had no problem putting what was endorsed over to me into my account. I have been banking with Truist for the last 15 years and I have never been so upset with this bank because of a Jackie. Thr way that she treated me and the way that she decided that she was just going to say “nope” we can’t do it with no resolution makes me want to NEVER come back to this bank again. I will Go out of my way just to never step foot in this branch ever again.

I am a new customer to Truist and a young person who was looking to explore the world of credit and possibly open a line of credit. Mrs. Alexandra and Mrs. Analisa were phenomenal help and assisted me each step of the process. Very pleased with their service, definitely a happy customer! Thank you both!!
