At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
Absolute terrible service. Management is the most hands off, unhelpful bunch. More people standing around then actually working and the communication is deplorable.

Shannon Humphreys and Kelli Papas ruin this bank. Shannon closed my account with no proper explanation after she forgot to order my checks, citing I should use online banking, talking to me like i was a child. She is a totally unreasonable "social justice warrior" type and refused to arbitrate the situation. Typical...letting emotions mix. She has no place in banking.
