    This branch and should I say the entire institution is not trustworthy! I did a cash deposit last week but the money never appeared on my statement ( on my phone) till the next day after I went to the Hagerstown branch nobody helped me, I called the number they gave me, nothing was resolved but I don’t know what they did all of the sudden in their computer they said it showed deposits meanwhile until today I don’t see my $500, and they tried to make me look like a fool!Is ok I give it to God only Him should judge this matter! On the top the staff there is not nice at all! Now I see why they have so many negative reviews!

    I went to this location trying to open a checking account and a woman named Lily told I had to do it online. After informing her I already tried that without any luck she just told me to come back some other time. Terrible customer service.

    Pase una mala experiencia después de 8 años de mantener cuenta con este banco, fui a la sucursal de Truist en West Patrick Ruta 40 Frederick MD a cambiar mi clase de cuenta que tenía me atendió un cajero de nombre ALEX al irme del banco como en cuestión de 1 hora abrí el app del banco en mi celular y veo que me habían retirado $300 de mi cuenta cosa que yo no había hecho, regresé al banco y me dicen que fue un error del sistema la cual era mentira en mi cara me robaron $300 que hubiera pasado si yo no reviso el app los pierdo por completo luego hicieron como que yo había regresado al banco a depositar $300 para que mi dinero estuviera completo, retiré todo mi dinero cerré la cuenta y todavía el muchacho me dice que si cerraba la cuenta no podía volver a abrir otra y le dije no te preocupes no espero volver a este banco, MALA EXPERIENCIA ahora imagínense cuánta gente a lo mejor no revisa lo que tiene no dudo que más de alguien le haya pasado esto

    Representative of BB&T named Sergio, was very helpful, honest, and spent an abundant amount of time with me, explaining terms and conditions of different accounts, and was able to help me set up the account hat best suited my needs. After I received mail from my bank,I didn't understand exactly what the document was confirming, I called the local office, and to my surprise, the same gentleman who helped me open my account answered the phone. Sergio remembered who I was, and was able to clarify the statement, and the other mail I received from them. I love the fact that it feels like small town banking, and so friendly, however they have a large following, and banks in states that I frequent. I am sure I will be staying with BB&t, and be doing other banking business in the future. Bethany Bond Jefferson, Md
