I had an awful experience with Truist, after banking here for over a decade. Was treated like a stranger and not given help when a teller told me all of my accounts had been clsoed but one? It was very confusing. THANKFULLY, Diane stepped in and offered to research the issue further and offered a solution. I am SO grateful she was there and stepped in to help. A complete professional and problem solver, able to really help me out when I needed it. Thank you so much Diane!

We visited Truist on Rosemont Ave. in Frederick, Maryland on December 23, 2024. We needed to consolidate some high interest debt. Even though it was a busy day, Luke was incredibly helpful. He thoroughly explained our options and contacted supervisor in efforts to make our difficult situation work. We appreciated having a knowledgeable professional that was willing to explain our options on a level we could understand. Thank you Luke!

I’ve received excellent personal service when taking out personal loans at this branch, on two separate occasions. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Very rude tellers. Won’t get into the dishonesty, but avoid this branch.
