I had an awful experience with Truist, after banking here for over a decade. Was treated like a stranger and not given help when a teller told me all of my accounts had been clsoed but one? It was very confusing. THANKFULLY, Diane stepped in and offered to research the issue further and offered a solution. I am SO grateful she was there and stepped in to help. A complete professional and problem solver, able to really help me out when I needed it. Thank you so much Diane!

Love all the service I have gotten. When I have a problem they are all over it until it is resolved. It is even the same in the drive through. A most wonderful bank and employees!! Every woman there is awesome!

First let me say myself and my family have been with this branch for a lifetime, 60+ yrs combined. This was once a great branch which I had 0 issues with. Not so much anymore…
This branch has went downhill gradually until its where its at now, rock bottom. Service is horrible all the way around. A constant turn over of employees. The bank managers are inexperienced, non attentive and not trustworthy. I’ve had several instances where I was treated as an enemy and not a customer, Not ok.
Any issues I’ve ever had with my account the employees arw clueless on how to go about fixing and always leave me hanging with no resolve. I literally have to call back multiple times and argue with multiple people to get any resolve from any issue I’ve had. My bank account somehow seems to get hacked on an average of 2 to 3 times a year as well. Once that happens it’s a ridiculous process to get my account back to normal. I’m confused how one branch can have so many bank accounts compromised on the regular?
It seems after all these years using this branch that I will now have to go find another bank to bank with. It’s a shame that no one from BB&T upper management has recognized and stepped up to the plate to resolved the issues with this branch. When your rating is a 2.9 out of five stars and you’re a bank, I think that speaks for itself. We will be taking our money elsewhere, Pitiful.
