Although, I cannot claim the customer service on day one was stellar, I am happy with my decision to bank with Capital One, despite the rude, curt and rather disrespectful demeanor of the one heavyset African American teller and lackluster assistance from the male employee who assisted me with establishing my accounts. Moreover, could corporate, or, perhaps management suggest to their front line employees to practice good oral hygiene? No one wishes to smell the rank odor of halitosis permeating from employees mouths, especially when the employee and customer are working face-to-face. Wow...purchase some mouth wash or, at least, drag a tooth brush around your mouth before coming into work for direct customer contact!
