The bank staff is great, good music in the background, never crowded when I go, smiling faces greet you, security officer is friendly! The parking outside of the building is challenging but the bank had no control over that! The drive up is never a long wait!

If they were a newly established bank I could understand but this long-standing institution has been around for a minute as I opened my very first savings account with them when I was a youth in high school some 40 years ago. And to see the lack of innovative technology that could be utilized today and it not be in place here is very disappointing to say the least.
