She told my husband and I to go open an account online (which we knew, we tried). I tried asking her a question and she cut me off before I could finish my sentence. This experience was disappointing.

The other ATM wasn’t working at all. I went to the Wells Fargo in Eldersburg and it took my deposit on the first try. These ATMs need some work.
