Not only did they allow a scam to happen under their watch, but they have also refused to take responsibility for their negligence. Despite clear evidence of fraudulent activity, they have callously denied my request for a refund, leaving me feeling betrayed and helpless. Their lack of customer support and unwillingness to rectify the situation speaks volumes about their priorities. Avoid Truist Banking at all costs unless you enjoy being taken advantage of and left high and dry.
