Unprofessional. Wouldn’t put my money here. Each representative gave me different unclear answers that resulted in NO solution. Staying with Bank of America. Closed my account and had to change my direct deposit with new employer because of it. If you want a headache I would open up an account with them.

Poor customer service - With one person working the lobby and drive thru - I finally get called to the counter just to be told they only give change to account holders. (I just received change for my vacation a few months ago) No thank you, I won’t ever let you maintain my money.

I've always had great customer service at this location.
