I have been a customer for over 15 years. As of today, I am no longer. My online banking was suspended for 90 days to what they assume was fraud. I am aware of all the transactions and attest they are legitimate and made by me.

Writing this 5 star review specifically for April at the Eldersburg location. I contacted Truist regarding an auto loan and had the pleasure of working with her. She was outstandingly helpful and truly enjoyable to speak with. Ask for April!

I just wanted to share what a pleasure it was to do business here the other day. I walked in with my son around 4:40 on Wednesday and wanted to see about opening up an account for him, but I knew it was near closing time and said I'd be happy to make an appt for another time if that was better, but they said no, they could get it done. April helped us and was so efficient AND friendly!! She really was a pleasure to deal with and we were in and out within about 20 minutes! Thank you April!! Wish I could clone you!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered with not one but 2 office workers in the same branch. I’ll be taking my money out of there and moving it to another location. I do have to say the manager was not in but called me that day with a sympathetic apology. I still don’t want to get near the aforementioned ‘office workers”. Take your money elsewhere....or at least to another branch.

This bank is pretty horrible as a larger entity — the people is the local branch are helpful and do their best but the overall corporation is a nightmare and has continually messed up things for my business since day one. Stay away from this train wreck !!
