I have been a customer for over 15 years. As of today, I am no longer. My online banking was suspended for 90 days to what they assume was fraud. I am aware of all the transactions and attest they are legitimate and made by me.

Writing this 5 star review specifically for April at the Eldersburg location. I contacted Truist regarding an auto loan and had the pleasure of working with her. She was outstandingly helpful and truly enjoyable to speak with. Ask for April!

Went in today to close an account and open a couple of new ones. Alyssa helped us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She made it an easy and positive experience.

This branch only has one ATM that always has a line. And it recently started not accepting checks correctly (rejects, have to type in the amount, etc.)
