Last Friday, I pulled up to the window at 5:59pm (literally the last minute), to make a large withdrawal. Mary, the teller, kindly asked for ID and had me sign a slip (no complaints about it being last minute, or having to open the safe and use the money counter). I needed the cash to pay the tab for a surprise boat party for my Mother's 70th birthday (86 total guests). If it wasn't paid in cash, the tab would've been significantly higher.

This location refused to open a account for my son because they were closing in 30 minutes. Not a single person in the lobby.

I just opened an account with this bank and as far as the banking everything is great. Now as for the tellers working on the inside that’s a different story. The tellers are always talking and laughing with each other but once you walk up they develop an attitude especially the heavy set lady with brown hair. I don’t even like to go inside because of that. If I could give a 0 rating I would.
