I have been a customer with Suntrust/Truist for over 17 years and I was a little weary visiting the new location in Laplata due to relocation. Staff wasn’t inviting and lacked professionalism. Anthony Burgess turned this experience around quickly and has walked me through a process where I needed support and guidance. Thank you Anthony! You renewed my Trust in Truist 😊

I called this evening for a minor issue and I wish I got the name of the person I spoke with (I believe maybe a branch manager) however my issue was easily and quickly resolved! As a new member of Truist and getting a feel for the bank I was skeptical, however the customer service was A+. I will definitely make this my preferred location should I ever have any other concerns.

The overall performance of this branch is-- in a word -- appalling.
Details of the experiences are too voluminous for here, but they
involve really poor communications on the accounts and how they work, what checks were for what accounts, actually "cashing" a third-party check by making an unauthorized withdrawal from my account while the check itself sat in a drawer for a week...I could go on and on.
But what is particularly galling is that with each incident I was NEVER able to get someone on the phone (often 10-12 attempts) and no call back after leaving messages. That happened on three separate incidents, so it is no exception. As well, I asked for the contact information for the Maryland regional manager and she, too, has failed to call back.
When you are stuck on hold forever you get to hear a message how about how they would love to be your small business partner. No, thanks.

Worst bank for small business! Beware of huge hidden fees and lack of honesty and transparency when inquiring about business products.
