- NGNautica GMay 21, 20245.0I called this evening for a minor issue and I wish I got the name of the person I spoke with (I believe maybe a branch manager) however my issue was easily and quickly resolved! As a new member of Truist and getting a feel for the bank I was skeptical, however the customer service was A+. I will definitely make this my preferred location should I ever have any other concerns.
