As a new member of Truist and getting a feel for the bank I was skeptical, however the customer service was A+. I will definitely make this my preferred location should I ever have any other concerns.

Details of the experiences are too voluminous for here, but they involve really poor communications on the accounts and how they work, what checks were for what accounts, actually "cashing" a third-party check by making an unauthorized withdrawal from my account while the check itself sat in a drawer for a week...I could go on and on. But what is particularly galling is that with each incident I was NEVER able to get someone on the phone (often 10-12 attempts) and no call back after leaving messages. That happened on three separate incidents, so it is no exception. As well, I asked for the contact information for the Maryland regional manager and she, too, has failed to call back. When you are stuck on hold forever you get to hear a message how about how they would love to be your small business partner. No, thanks.
