Don't staff properly. Cant help over the phone but also don't have a staff member able to help you with your account when you come in and you have to come back whenever they have staff to do so. Very odd. Not a fan.

I had no customer service issues in person. However, my bank cards had been stolen. I called the bank and explained that I received a call requesting my pin. I know the bank doesn't do that and did not give the thief the information. The bank told me that since I didn't give my information there wasn't anything they could do. They didn't even want to take the information I had or file a complaint to possibly protect other clients. I did file a complaint with the main office for fraud.
I also asked if I could have replacement cards sent to the branch or priority mailed. I was told that the bank wouldn't do either. They look at the account to see if it is a new account and makes the decision on that... Needless to say, I withdrew my little account and took my business elsewhere.
