  Really bad experience yesterday with the young teller. After so many years of keeping my money in this bank it was very disappointing

  i feel bc of my color they had me waiting in line for about 15 mins but when people of color came inside they assisted them immediately, i really don’t like that. I only come to this bank to cash my check because my job deals with them but i will definitely not come back to this location.

  This is not a bank that you want to borrow money from. My home was paid off but I needed to borrow money for urgent repairs. I applied for a mortgage loan. The bank sent someone to do an appraisal and everything was going well. I was approved for a loan and I was happy with the interest rate and the payments. The manager who was wonderful to work with sent me an email with the interest rate and payment and she scheduled a date for me to sign the paperwork. I had to take off work to do this. When I arrived at the bank to sign my paperwork the manager told me that the underwriters canceled the meeting. This is where it gets worse. The underwriters told the bank manager that because this meeting was canceled they would have to do another credit check on me which brought my score down and I was given a higher interest rate and higher payments. I really needed this loan so I agreed. The manager scheduled another date with me to sign for my loan and when I took off work and arrived at the bank the underwriters canceled the signing again. And again they said that they had to do another credit check because the signing was canceled which brought my credit score even lower. And again I was given an even higher interest rate and a higher payment plan. The manager was very upset as I was with the underwriters. Believe or not the underwriters did this to me again a 3rd time. I wanted to go to another lender but the underwriters with their credit checks brought my credit score down so low that I couldn't go anywhere else. On the 4th time I was able to sign for the loan but the interest rate was at the highest given to me and the payments are almost doubled than when I started this procedure. I will never borrow another cent from this bank and I tell everyone about this horrible experience. I still have all the emails to prove what I went through and the actual paperwork that was mailed to me for each agreement. The manager Karen was awesome and she had no control over the underwriters. But this is terrible business to treat long time customers this way.

  Jessie and Karen were excellent in helping me get a home equity loan for the addition I needed to put on my home. They were the best option in my opinion. I checked with a few others. The process to me seemed easier then some I have had in the past. They helped me achieve my financial goal or else I would not been able to do it. I recommend them! I spoke with a few other people at this branch and they were great too. Thanks again!

  They don't even honor their clients business checks. Checks should be as good as money or you are just making this too inconvienient. They want me to open an account before they cash their own check?!?!?! Come on. Why would I bank with someone who wont cash my checks for my clients either. Just junk. All day. I will no longer be accepting checks from this bank, my clients will be forced to find a new way to pay rather than me finding a new way to get my money. So inconvienient.
