The following day we sold a property and received a wire into my son’s account on 8/4 but the wire was in my name so they flagged the account and told us to come into the branch with ID to clear things up. They still said they need to hold the funds because their corporate office needs to do an investigation. Today is 8/16 and we still do not have our funds and there is not time frame for when we will receive them. We thought this might be a better online bank than WF. IT IS NOT! Avoid this bank at all cost. I owned a real estate title company for 16 years and have dealt with many banks. Avoid this bank. It’s like dealing with customer service in another country and it’s impossible to speak to a decision maker.
