    If I can rate a 0 I would twice. So basically my little brother Zelle me $50 I transferred it to my cashapp to send back to him. They waited months to complain. Mind you they called me saying it was a misunderstanding etc. they then emailed me on my babyshower to tell me they’re closing my account without any communication with me. Then turned around to tell me they can’t help me with the issue. Im soo furious I would like to sue.

    If I could of given the bank manager a zero i would. I went to the bank and wanted change, not coins dollars. But the teller didnt know what i wanted because she never asked. She just told me that they don't give change through the drive through I said fine I'll come in. The whole time I'm on the clock foing a deposit for my job. I go inside wait online. I finally get to the window and the young lady said she will be with me. I said fine. The teller was making me wait because the manager stepped to the drive though windows grabbed a check and gave it to the girl. I was on my phone and said to the person on the phone. I have to go and the drive through person just rolled up and they are making wait. The manager jumps into my conversation and told me I need to step back and wait. I said why the young lady said she will be right with me. She said step back or I'll make u go to another branch to get change. I said that's fine but you need to learn how to talk to people first. Its not right to make me wait when ive been here and that cat just drove up. Also, I wasn't talking to you and you just jumped into my conversation. Then you hqve the nerve to say to me that I've been a acting annoyed from the beginning. I said I am and so what, I said nothing to you or the teller. She made the teller give me my money back and told me to leave. Then a spanish guy that works at the cubical and the security walked up to me and said I have to leave. I said what. I said to the security why is the guy saying anything to me. When security was right there telling me already and I wasn't acting like I wasn't leaving. Stuff like this escalates situations. But I said ok I'm leaving but what is her name they refuses to give her name and when she heard me ask for her name she walked away tot he drive through. My company banks at this location. I come there 3 times a week minimal for 5 and half years now and I never received such disrespect and awful service. I was so made my stomach started hurting. I went to my car called.customer service and reported the manager to wells fargo customer rep and I will be reporting this issue to my company. I will be going to another location. The manger is disrespectful and could of avoided everything if she didn't get into my phone conversation. I have also seen this manager being disrespectful and arguing with several people in the past. She's putting all those employees in danger by constantly arguing with people. Shes going to argue.with the wrong person and they will see her after work. Shes lucky im not an ignorant person but they are plenty going around. Wells Fargo will lose customers at this location if they continue to allow this manager to run it. She is refusing service and cursing at people.
