- THThomas HaunJul 11, 20251.0The younger hispanic gal that works the teller line is extremely disrespectful if it werent for absolutely needing Wells Fargo as the only National Bank based in Alaska, I would pull all my money and options. I came in one day in my work uniform and she made rude disrespectful aggressive comments basically harassing me for how her experiences have been coming through my job but had nothing to deal directly with me. She was completely out of line.

I am looking into taking my business to a credit union or anywhere else. I will not be returning to this branch, the Bowie location is certainly better , but the Crofton location should be internally reviewed and have better training.
