- KPKinal PatelApr 24, 20193.0I have opened my safe deposit box there. Good thing that one of my friend informed me that they have available safe deposit box. For opening safe deposit box, we need checking account therefore, I opened my account there. It took very long time then expected. I noticed that because of they have to leave around 5. She was doing little hurry and due to that she forgot apply promotional code. So she has to do process again. Other thing that I noticed in this branch in comparison with other branch in ellicott city that my friend got free cheque book when open new checking account. In ellicott city branch, they also setup online account in branch. However, they did not give any instructions in Columbia branch. They should go in procedure with customer does not matter if office will close and I went in branch before 1 hour of closing time. They have good parking lot but little smaller.
