But the manager needs to go check the cameras. She needs to be retrained. My bank account has no debit card. I use my ID to withdraw money every week, in and out won’t be exceeded 5 mins. This lady took me 15 mins, asked me to re-sign my name, asked me to fill the business name, kept asking me to verify my business address. Omg when I feel frustrated she went she was just doing her job. Obviously she has no idea what she is doing! Like what I said I do this since the company open, 1 time every week. I know how to do what to do. If Natacha was not helping, I was probably still there. And I have to keep asking my client for 10 mins on zoom meeting. Rewind the camera manager, please re-train her!
