- XXxiDec 9, 20241.0First time user, and this time experienced just made my personal rating of this bank from 3/10 down to 1/10. This ATM, monitor randomly Restarts on me while I trying to make a withdrawal. And that Restarting took at least 2 minutes. After that it's system shuts down, and screen went black. Waited a while and it boots up, and said it's display cable is disconnected... and later screen turns purple and said ATM is inactive. I personally had trouble with Mobile Login with this bank many times, and it forces me to use ATM only, and now it wouldn't even let me use their ATM!!! This maybe just a coincident, and bad luck, of someone on the other side is doing something to the ATM at 6:10pm just when I try to make a withdrawal, and coincidently restarts the machine so I can not use it. I don't think I can trust Truist any longer, I have extremely bad first impression with this bank from mobile login issue and now atm issue. If owner sees this review. FIX YOUR ATMS, if I guess was true, AT LEAST HAVE SYSTEM RESTART AT 3AM OR SOMETHING!
