I rarely go in, I have only used the drive through in the past and have always had great experiences doing so. Today, I had to conduct business inside and they were short staffed, very busy, but they were so awesome!! The manager was so friendly and accommodating and the staff were so calm and all smiles. And the tellers took their time with each transaction with kindness. I’m sure it was stressful and exhausting for them but one would never know with the happy & positive atmosphere they created.

I was helped by Cheryl Plaisance and she was very helpful and understanding with my needs. She was able to assist in getting me a cashiers check and was very friendly. The branch manager Steven Boadu was also very friendly and was out on the floor tending to customers needs. The branch was well run and they were there to assist customers not just stating policies.

Mrs. Michelle was awesome she answered question after questions. With a resolution! She gives great financial literacy info and no aggressiveness while giving different options for lending and Credit card rewards and specifics to make your money work for you. Thanks Michelle

I just finished depositing at this location just today and I think this a very friendly and helpful place. The bank teller Michelle was kind and just very friendly to talk to as I did my things. I don't think the location really warrants a 2 star like I'm seeing right now, so I'm leaving this review to help the stats.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I was racially profiled by a teller or a different nationality. She decided to overly verify a check that only had to be ran through the check machine. She argued with me and I was only trying to assist her in verifying a check that she didn’t have to be called to verify. And when she did I told her to tell him who I am a client of. She refused to tell him so he could verify the amount and check number. She told me to hush. And refuse to tell him as to whom client that I was. I stepped away to ask for the branch manager. Due to when I was talking to the other lady teller that heard the altercation. The teller helping me but in rudely agreeing with me raising her voice again as she was still on the phone with the client. The beach manager told me to wait. He took about 3-5 minutes to come out. He comes to me in front of several other customers saying what is it. I said can we talk in private. He said yes and walked past me to go in the back with the teller. He then ask her what happened voiding me from the entire conversation. And I am the one that requested a branch manager. She was dishonest with him and I spoke up and said sir that isn’t true to what transpired. As I tried to explain he put his hand up at me basically telling me to hush. I told him don’t put your hand up at me. I am the one asked to speak to you. The teller ran the check through the scanner to verify it. The branch manager said did you verify it. The teller says the client couldn’t verify the amount or check number. But yes I verified it through the scanner system. Like I thought she stereotype me based on race and description period because I have dealt with this person for 20 years. And not once have any check that he has ever written to me had to be verified by phone always verified through the scanner. Just like she did today when he couldn’t verify the price and the check number. If she wasn’t able to verify verbally the check number and the amount, how was she able to cash it through the scanner. Because all she had to do was verify the check through the scanner. But she decided she wanted to do some additional security like I stole the check to verify the price and check number I will never ever join this bank. I have never been through this with any of my financial institutes that I bank with and I was charged eight dollars on a check. I never pay a fee when I cash his checks. I am very dissatisfied and any person that gives me a check for .Truist. I will not accept the check. I will never ever be back to this bank again and to be stereotype by two people of two different nationalities definitely made me feel like I was stereotype based on race.. The branch manager allowed his teller to argue with me, even him being disrespectful to me and putting his hand up at me all in camera I can’t make this up. He looked down on me from the moment he saw me he had no respect for me or me being a valued customer, whether I bank with them or not, maybe if I had on suit and tie hair braids I would have stereotyped and if I was a different skin color
