Very unprofessional and rude staff today. How can you trust them with your money if they can’t even have proper staff at this location?
- DPDavid ParkNov 14, 20251.0I’ve been going to FNB for a long time throughout the area and rarely go to this location. Decided to go since it was close by to do some transactions. I have NEVER been so disrespected in a bank ever. They ignored me for a good 5 minutes when I was standing there and I was so confused until another customer told me that the line was off to the side where the chairs were. I saw people sitting in the chairs and thought they were waiting to be seen in the cubicles not to the teller. The teller could have taken the 5 seconds to jnform me but instead she just side eyed me and glared at me. Maybe it’s cause it’s the way I look? I was in a hoodie and jeans and look kinda young but I have never felt so disrespected to be straight up ignored.

On the final $90.00 they wouldn't bill electronically but didn't tell me so final payment grew to $287.00. Spent two hours on the phone to get late charges removed. . They weren't able to competently accept electronic payment so I drove 25 minutes to a branch where I spent 15 minutes learning that of course late charges weren't removed. ****((
