This branch is so bad. They just taking salary without doing any work. I went there and I have been waited 1:30 hours to discuss about my issue on my account. On one is on the desk just two employees are there to work who doing cashiers. I’m so disappointed in this brunch and the employees and the employees are not so friendly I would like to notify to the higher manager to give us a better service. Thank you

Estelle is rude and only speaks to those that she wants to speak to. I've been the only person in line several times and she didnt even knowledge me however, has taken the next person in line. She isn't good for the business and I beleive the manager may be a bit intimidated by her.
