- LSLisa SmithJul 27, 20201.0Horrible customer service. I stopped in person on a Tuesday and notified them I would be making a $17,000 cash withdrawal on Thursday. The desk person said no problem, you don’t need to tell us that. Ok. Then I come in Thursday to make the withdrawal, and the elderly blonde lady “head teller” refused to do that for me. She said she could only give me $10,000 because someone else “might” need to make a large withdrawal. That would be someone who didn’t make a courtesy visit in person as a heads up. The guy who told me no problem no notice required stood there silently, and whispered sorry to me on my way out. Wells Fargo’s Head tellers solution was to have me drive 5 miles away to another branch to withdraw the remaining funds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH. That lady should be put out to pasture.
