At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
The tellers are not courteous at all. They always have attitude undertone. I go monthly and it's not very seldom I come across a kind and courteous employee.
TRUIST Bank should help make a better work environment for their employees or invest in quality customer service training.
Wish I could give a better reviews. Let's do better for the community.

Horrible sitting in line now 20 minutes and nothing is happening. Called the bank they said they are open. Still 5 minutes later nothing is happening. 43 % approval is to high.

I visited the Truist bank in Clinton, Maryland today and had a very disappointing experience. The manager’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. I needed assistance with a specific payment transaction, which neither she nor the teller seemed familiar with. While the manager admitted her lack of knowledge and attempted to research the process, she still became rude and dismissive when I inquired of an alternative solution as I had been at the location for approximately 30 minutes.
She acted as if my request was unreasonable, showing a complete lack of basic customer service skills. Her body language and tone were abrasive, and at one point, she blatantly ignored me, turning back to her computer as if I wasn’t there. It was a clear display of insolence and unbecoming of a bank manager which led me to ask what transpired for her to be so mean and disrespectful, further informing her that she was aware of her unacceptable behavior. Sad to say that this visit and experience has seriously affected my view of Truist’s customer service standards which I will further discuss with their corporate office.
