Terrible experience at this site. I went to cash a valid check (same check, same amount I cashed last year at this same site with NO issues) and the teller told me they "needed to verify it". After making me wait, he came back claiming the verification team "wasn't available" and told me to return the next morning. The next morning I went to the Connecticut Ave branch and was in and out with no problems. Later, my job finance manager emailed me asking if i was able to cash my bonus check because the bank called the main line asking for verification. She also stated that she beforehand submitted the proper information to prevent any issues. So the teller basically LIED and tried to make it seem like it was someone in their department instead of my job smh. Now I'm questioning whether i was profiled . No reason this should've happened. No wonder this branch has a 2.1-star rating. I won't be returning.

The tellers are not courteous at all. They always have attitude undertone. I go monthly and it's not very seldom I come across a kind and courteous employee.
TRUIST Bank should help make a better work environment for their employees or invest in quality customer service training.
Wish I could give a better reviews. Let's do better for the community.
