No one greeted us and we were left out until couple minutes later I approached the specialist who we made the appointment with and we were given no smile. We were not provided any financial counseling or advise during our conversation. Aren't specialists supposed to tell the customers what they should be aware of when banking here? Finally, we were done with our business and the lady did not give back our card! We saw that she hid the card underneath a large file in the middle of the transaction, and we thought she would need it for later and would of course give us back. But no, unfortunately. I tried reaching out to the bank the next Monday, after 6-7calls, no one picked up the phone. Bankers are supposed to give back the customer's items instead of keeping them without calling the customers.

There’s a man that walked the line from the rear forward asking to assist others and walks away without asking me what I was here for. The teller was nice but the bank charges $10 to cash a personal check if you don’t have an account. The guy walking the line could’ve informed me of that if he would’ve approached me.
