Incredible lazy and super ghetto staff. Lost a card here too and needed a replacement with the same number. The card was made but they never called me and when I did they act as if I don't know what I'm talking about. This branch needs to be closed. If you want REAL customer service from a bank you literally have to go to downtown DC
