- VRVenkat Ramana ReddyNov 20, 20181.0Zero stars. Best example of a stupid manager. I used their ATM service every week to withdraw money and paid $3 ATM fee. For the same money that was withdrawn from their ATM with a receipt to show, I went inside the bank and asked for $100 bills for the same amount($400). Lady manager says they do NOT do it for non bank customers but she will do it this one time. I was surprised to know that even after you charge me $3 for your ATM use you wont give me the bills I need? How stupid is that. I wont be returning to your bank/ATM anymore. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this bank. This review will be shared on our Clarksburg community FB and Whatsapp groups.
- AAAnonymousNov 27, 20155.0Bank hours are normally 9am to 5pm. This bank stays open late by an extra hour on Fridays and Saturdays. It's great to have a strong relationship with a community bank such as this one. They all know me by name and provide excellent personable service.
