I have found them not helpful and not sympathetic the past three times I have visited. The Potomac branch is MUCH better, with more experienced staff and more senior staff. I have a hard time finding a qualified person to talk to in the Clarksburg branch. They refer me to the 800 number rather than answering my questions, and the 800 number is really awful with constantly switching people to the wrong department, dropping the call and asking 20 times for the same information. Save yourself a headache and go to Potomac.
