How I wish I could give zero star, their service was terrible! When I tried to open an checking account, the personal banker said I have to open an savings account together with it, then they start to charge fees from my savings account until it reach zero. What's more, the personal banker moved my money from my checking account to that savings account without my authorization to keep it open, over a few month Suntrust closed the account I didn't want when they charged the fees gradually until it reached zero! I called customer service, the representative said he couldn't do anything, I need to contact the branch, I emailed the personal banker to ask her about it and she never get back, when I finally got time to go to the branch in person and complain this to a manger she said she can't do anything because its been a while. I wanted a bank with professional service and keep my money safe, now I learned my lesson from SunTrust and would stay away from it as far as possible!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! Horrible customer service ! They don't know how to do their job ! Couldn't cash a check, the lady at the window had an attitude from the moment she opened her mouth. I would never visit this location again and makes me wonder how other suntrusts banks treat their clients ! Mamie Ceesay wouldn't even let me speak to anyone else and refused to further help me. I don't understand how they could've employed someone so incompetent of completing simple tasks. By far the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!! Please don't bank here or at least avoid this location at all costs ! Absolutely disgusted.
It's sad that I had to visit another Suntrust branch less than 10min away to get the funds . Clearly the first location issue was all Mamie Ceesays doing. The lady at the second branch had no problem assisting me. Wow!
