His power-hungriness and demeanor is truly unbelievable for someone in a customer service role. I felt personally violated and hurt by his attitude, and my encounter with him singlehandedly inspired my decision to leave Capital One bank for good.

On average there are two tellers and you will wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. Did I say you will spend time waiting in line…..waiting to get your transaction done.
