I pay everything online on the weekends. Every weekend, in the middle of the day, I always get the message "Your transactions are currently unavailable. Please try again later" or "Something is not quite right we are working on it". I can never complete anything with this bank on the weekends. - Looking for another bank.

I was a customer of BB&T for over 15 years and was a little apprehensive when they announced the merger. I’m very to report that the level of service and focus on convenience and online access for customers has increased even above the good services from before.
The branch still has local faces and personality. This means personal service that is right for you and your exact needs.
I’m not really sure what the word “Truist” means, but it means I still love banking there.
