The ATM at this bank is never in full service. Something is not functional EVERY time I go there to use it! It’s really frustrating. I never ever have this issue in Chestertown or any other Truist for that matter!

I think they keep their drive thru ATM having technical difficulties on purpose to make money. I went to withdraw and the slot where your money comes out kept buzzing and opening and closing but my money never came out so I panicked and went to check my balance and it said theres a fee of $1.50 to check your balance, do you approve? I said yes because I thought my money was stuck and wanted to make sure my balance was the same. So I went inside to withdraw. Turns out my money wasn't stuck. The girl said "we really need to fix that thing." yeah. I don't think they're gonna. I think I did exactly what they hope people will do.
Also, their online and automated system is a complete mess. I went to sign up for their app and upon making a profile with my debit card number it said I already had a login and password. So I tried signing in (I didn't know or remember making a login or password when I got my bank account last week) and it said my login was wrong. So I got locked out. It gave me the option to call their automated system. I did. I put in my debit card number and it said my account was invalid. Now which is it? I have a solid login?? Or I don't? The atm recognized my card, why doesn't the automated system? Where do I go from here? Why is this so inconvenient and contradictory? Do I have to yet again go there in person to straighten this out? Seems to defeat the purpose of doing things electronically.
