  Nothing against this branch, but FNB is a terrible bank. They take twice as long to process direct deposits, charge you monthly fees even though they said they would not, and their app is often not functioning well and far behind in technology and ease of use compared to other banks and credit unions. Switched to SECU and infinitely happier. I am a busy person and it takes a lot for me to switch banks, but I did it because it was that bad. Hoping this helps anyone thinking of signing up.

  Some of the laziest tellers I've ever seen. They look and work like they're brain-dead or something. It took me forever to deposit the money. The teller girl kept making mistakes and taking forever to deposit it. Worst experience ever. It took me more than an hour to deposit that money.

  Inside they do the basics but that's all they know. I ask them questions about what I should do to pay for my landlord but only got a dumb look. They take a long while to respond when doing drive-through. Inam sure they are genuine people but the system is 20 years behind. They need dedicated workers for certain jobs instead of multi role for un trained

  I withdrew 60 dollars from my account to get my makeup done and nails for my engagement pictures. I get a call from this branch 10 days later stating that I did not have the money at the time(which I did) and they had to withdraw another 60 dollars from my account. I try to avoid this location as best I can.
