    You would think they’ll open the door for someone who needs to deposit a six digit check. Horrible service and horrible people. You have to press a button to be allowed access to the lobby! Are you serious?!?!? Discrimination much? I pressed the button multiple times. No one announced themselves on the intercom nor came to the door. I came here on 10/19/23 at 2:35pm. The bank closes at 5pm but the drive thru is closed also? I will definitely be looking for other banking options.

    All the banks have this branch open, the only one that is always closed, no transaction can be made here. I am going to cancel my accounts and cards because this branch has staff who are idle and do not want to work.

    The personnel of this Bank only attend when they wish and although it is empty if they do not wish to attend the client they do not do it and now ... they have a personal schedule and although the app says something different they only attend when they wish .. it is a terrible service they don't seem to be professionals… el personal de este Banco solo atiende cuando ellos desean y aunque este vacio si ellos no desean atender al ckiente no lo hacen y ya… tiene un horario personal y aunque el app dice algo diferente ellos atienden solo cuando ellos desean.. es un pesimo servicio no parece que sean profesionales
