I went online @ 9:15 EDT to process a payment on 06/06/25 that was due on 06/07 and their BS automated system would NOT allow the payment to process until 06/09...3 days later!! Such crappoly. In addition, their Cambridge MD. branch has some of the worst customer service people I've EVER experienced in my 40+ years dealing with any banking institution...1 more BS moment there and I'm gone.
